Next Tuesday, October 4, here at the National Geographic headquarters in Washington, D.C., Traveler magazine contributing editor, Don George will sit down with acclaimed chef and author Joan Nathan to talk about the tastes of French Jewish cuisine. Nathan, the host of PBS’ Jewish Cooking in America, is the author of ten cookbooks, including her most recent, Quiches, Kugels, and Couscous: My Search for Jewish Cooking in France.
