Strange Planet: Air Crab

Submitted to National Geographic’s Your Shot by Leena Roy, who writes:

“The shot was taken underwater at the end of a morning dive in Djibouti when the surface was flat calm.  I held my breath to avoid my air bubbles disrupting the op so the clouds could be seen.  These crabs free swim near the surface and are apparently scavengers.  They were rather aggressive flicking their claws and ripping any exposed skin — fortunately, I still have all my fingers.”
