Hi Erin, glad I ran into this post.

In my opinion as both a traveler and now founder of a startup, Social Travel is more than a trend – it’s a shift in consumer behaviour that I believe will stick around and evolve into other areas of travel as well because social travel allows each travel dollar to achieve a maximum value (in terms of independent and especially adjectival travel) The economic savings and simultaneous increase in travel value will see this stick around for quite some time to come!
