Follow the Curious Traveler’s Road to Wellness
Curiosity. It’s why the first explorers set sail, why people built rockets to the moon, and what moves each and every one of us to travel.
That’s why we’re sending our Curious Traveler, Shannon Switzer, on a quest to uncover off-the-beaten-path places and experiences that rejuvenate mind, body, and spirit.
During her Road to Wellness tour, Shannon will be heading up the California coast from Los Angeles to San Francisco then looping down through Arizona and back to her hometown stomping grounds in San Diego.
She’s got her route planned out — from sound baths to national parks to constellation therapy — but any curious traveler worth her salt leaves room for the unexpected detour.
This SoCal native will need a helping hand from our readers to uncover secret spots only (okay, mostly) locals know about along her way. So, if you have tips for Shannon, we invite you to share them with her on Twitter @CuriousTraveler!
The adventure begins this Monday, April 8th. Follow Shannon’s journey here on the Intelligent Travel blog, on Twitter @CuriousTraveler, and on Instagram @ShannonSwitzer.
The Curious Traveler will be driving a Ford C-MAX Hybrid on her Road to Wellness tour.
